The Face of Patience
I get a pass for posting a dog picture if it’s not my dog, right? We ran a race today for Down Syndrome awareness in honor of this little man, and even though it was too cold to breathe and no part of those 3.1 miles was any fun, we were glad we did it! Tonight I had a conversation with my grandpa and I was touched by the many friends and family who stopped in to say hello in the hospital. My extended family is known for going above and beyond, and they really did this weekend. I might not sleep easy, but I’ll sleep grateful.
